I grew up as a gymnast where discipline and performance shaped my identity. When I quit, I gained weight and struggled with insecurities I had never experienced before. That led me down an unhealthy path of under eating, over-training and constantly chasing a smaller body.
From the outside, it looked like dedication but in reality it was burnout and a damaged relationship with food and fitness.
Eventually I decided to break the cycle. I educated myself on how to build muscle, fuel properly and train in a way that supports both physical and mental health. I stopped trying to shrink and started focusing on getting stronger.
I’ve experienced so many fitness goals and now I help women build strong, confident bodies in a sustainable way. My goal is to help you create a lifestyle and body you’re proud of.
